개인정보처리방침

Gallery(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 처리방침은 서비스가 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법
- Discord 로그인 시: Discord 사용자 ID, 사용자명, 아바타 이미지 식별자. Discord OAuth2의 identify 권한 범위만 사용하며, 이메일 주소는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 알림 설정: 새 앨범·사진 Discord DM 알림 수신 여부.
- 갤러리 개설 신청 시: 갤러리 이름, 희망 주소(슬러그), 소개.
- 갤러리 소유자가 업로드하는 사진·동영상 파일.
- 쿠키: 로그인 세션 쿠키(필수), 언어 설정 쿠키.
2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
- Discord 계정 기반 로그인 및 이용자 식별
- 새 앨범·사진에 대한 Discord DM 알림 발송
- 갤러리 개설 신청 검토 및 갤러리 소유자 식별
- 서비스 운영, 유지보수, 오류 분석
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 계정 정보(Discord ID, 사용자명, 아바타, 알림 설정): 이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 서비스가 종료될 때까지
- 갤러리 신청 정보: 승인·거절 등 처리 기록 보관 목적으로 서비스 운영 기간 동안
- 업로드된 미디어: 갤러리 소유자가 삭제하거나 계정 삭제 시까지
- 로그인 세션 쿠키: 발급 후 12시간이 지나면 자동 만료
4. 개인정보의 파기
이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공 과정에서 다음 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.
- Discord: 로그인 인증 및 DM 알림 발송
- Cloudflare: 네트워크 트래픽 전달(터널/CDN)
6. 쿠키의 사용
- 세션 쿠키: 로그인 상태 유지를 위한 필수 쿠키로, 서명된 토큰을 저장하며 12시간 동안 유효합니다.
- 언어 설정 쿠키: 화면 언어(한국어/영어)를 기억합니다.
브라우저 설정으로 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인은 이용할 수 없습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 Discord로 로그인한 뒤 서비스 알림 계정에게 DM으로 보내 주세요. 운영자는 요청을 확인한 뒤 지체 없이 조치합니다.

Privacy Policy

This is a courtesy translation for reference. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
Gallery (the "Service") respects your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy explains what personal information the Service collects and how it is used, stored, and destroyed.
1. Information We Collect
- When you log in with Discord: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar image identifier. We request only the identify OAuth scope and never collect your email address.
- Notification preferences: whether you receive Discord DM notifications about new albums and photos.
- When you apply for a gallery: gallery name, desired slug, and description.
- Photos and videos uploaded by gallery owners.
- Cookies: a login session cookie (required) and a language preference cookie.
2. Purposes of Use
- Discord-based sign-in and user identification
- Discord DM notifications about new albums and photos
- Reviewing gallery applications and identifying gallery owners
- Operating, maintaining, and debugging the Service
3. Retention
- Account information (Discord ID, username, avatar, notification preferences): until you request deletion or the Service shuts down
- Gallery application data: for the lifetime of the Service, to keep records of approvals and rejections
- Uploaded media: until deleted by the gallery owner or upon account deletion
- Login session cookie: expires automatically 12 hours after issuance
4. Destruction
When you request deletion, we destroy the relevant personal information without delay. Electronic records are deleted in a way that prevents recovery.
5. No Third-Party Sharing; External Services
We do not share your personal information with third parties. The Service does rely on the following external services, each governed by its own policies:
- Discord: sign-in authentication and DM notifications
- Cloudflare: network traffic delivery (tunnel/CDN)
6. Cookies
- Session cookie: required to keep you signed in; stores a signed token valid for 12 hours.
- Language cookie: remembers your display language (Korean/English).
You may block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will not work without them.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. To make a request, sign in with Discord and send a DM to the Service's notification account. We will act on verified requests without delay.

9. Changes to This Policy
We will announce any changes on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
